The Magic Of EFT

All negative emotions are caused by an imbalance in our energy system, that’s why I absolutely love teaching EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I find EFT fascinating and magical, and the results are incredible, in fact it’s magical to watch how the client is set free from their issue with each tap they make! As the clients tap I notice how they begin sighing deeply, or maybe yawning, burping (the clients are usually quite embarrassed when they burp, but it’s a natural part of EFT), they may laugh or giggle, this is all about releasing and letting go. I know that many of my students and now practitioners have great respect for EFT.

My EFT training is exceptionally holistic, as during level one, we focus on the main seven chakras and their imbalances of which stops us all from moving forward (there are hundreds of chakras within the body). We also work with various surface vehicles (the seven layers of the aura), as within the aura there the seven main layers, these layers are our surface vehicles through life and any imbalances creates a disruption in the body’s energy system.

Within the body we have 14 meridians, and each meridian is connected to a specific organ within the body. If you think about the eyebrow meridian, this is the bladder meridian and is connected to trauma, hurt, sadness, and frustration. When we tap on the start of the eyebrows, we repeat a negative statement about the clients issue, and as the bladder meridians begins releasing and letting go, this allows inner peace and emotional healing for the client.

The objective of EFT is to use the body's energy field by tapping on various acupuncture points whilst focusing on a traumatic memory, so that issue can be alleviated. As EFT therapists, we help our clients to understand their issue, so that by implementing EFT they can manage their thoughts, behaviours, and interactions with a healthy approach. This is a link from The Daily Mail about EFT, have a read, it’s very interesting: https://bit.ly/47bbFCh

The wonderful thing is that it is only 4 days to qualify in EFT, this means that with 8 weeks, you are up and running as an EFT practitioner, which is amazing really and the investment is only £695. If you would like to become an EFT practitioner, please get in touch and we can have an online chat.
