Terms of Service

Annette Brown Coaching Academy undertakes to take all reasonable steps to provide educational services in the manner set out in this publication. It does not, however, guarantee the provision of such services.

Should circumstances beyond the control of the coaching academy interfere with its ability to provide such services, including, but not limited to, government actions, war, riots, civil commotion, fire, flood, epidemic, labour disputes (including labour disputes involving the workforce of any third party) and act of God, the coaching academy undertakes to use all reasonable steps to minimise the resultant disruption to those services. However, the coaching academy shall not be liable to the other for any failure or delay in performing its obligations, if such failure or delay is due to any cause beyond the coaching academy’s reasonable control.

Should you become a student with this coaching academy, this notice shall constitute a term of the contract between you and the coaching academy. Any offer of a place made to you by the coaching academy is made on the basis that, in accepting such an offer, you hereby agree to the incorporation of this notice as a term of any such contract.

The information (including fees) in this publication is accurate at the time of going to press, but amendments may be made from time to time without notice, both in relation to individual courses and the facilities or services available from or provided by, the coaching academy.

A minimum enrolment total is required for the opening of any class. The coaching academy reserves the right to withdraw or change a class, course or programme if there is a significant reduction in attendance.
